Terms and Conditions for Using the Likeness of VVIP Dating Users on the BBB Platform

By registering and utilizing our services, you hereby consent to comply with and be irrevocably bound by the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). 1. Definitions

2. Grant of Rights
2.1 Exclusive Rights: By virtue of your registration, you confer upon us a perpetual, exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license and right to utilize, reproduce, alter, adapt, and create derivative works from your Likeness for the express purpose of developing and deploying a Digital Avatar.
2.2 Scope of Use: The Digital Avatar, deriving from your Likeness, may be employed across various modalities including, but not limited to, online communications, digital interactions, marketing, promotional endeavors, and any ancillary activities deemed suitable by the Platform.
3. Waiver of Claims
3.1 You irrevocably renounce any and all rights to initiate or sustain any legal claims, demands, or actions against the Platform regarding the utilization of the Digital Avatar emanating from your Likeness.
3.2 You acknowledge and accept that no financial remuneration or compensation shall be forthcoming for the employment of your Likeness and the Digital Avatar, neither presently nor prospectively.
4. Moral Rights
4.1 You unconditionally waive any and all moral rights, including but not limited to, the right to be attributed as the originator of the Likeness and the Digital Avatar, and the right to oppose derogatory treatments or modifications thereof.
5. Representations and Warranties
5.1 You represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity, authority, and power to enter into this Agreement and to grant the rights conferred herein.
5.2 You further represent and warrant that the exercise of the rights granted herein, particularly the use of your Likeness and the creation of the Digital Avatar, does not and will not contravene or infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
6. Indemnification
6.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with any breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation set forth in this Agreement.
7. Term and Termination
7.1 This Agreement shall become effective as of the date of your registration and shall continue indefinitely.
7.2 The rights conferred to the Platform under this Agreement are irrevocable and shall survive any termination or cessation of your account or this Agreement.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country], excluding its conflict of laws principles.
8.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Country].
9. Entire Agreement

11.1 If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of this Agreement and shall not cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the BBB Platform and accessing the VVIP Dating Section, you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
